The Electronic Industries Alliance (EIA) Spring Conference will take place May 5 – May 7, 2003, and will bring together CEOs and senior management from EIA's 2,500 member companies, which represent the entire scope of the high-tech industry. The annual conference gives business leaders an opportunity to network with government officials and senior-level policy makers, which is particularly important at a time when public-private cooperation is so critical to our nation's security and economic health.
This year's event will include two and a half days of meetings by EIA's legislative and governance committees, its board of directors and member sectors. The highlight of the conference is the Annual Government/Industry Gala Dinner – open to non-members and press as well. This year’s dinner will feature keynote speaker Senator Chuck Hagel and EIA’s Medal of Honor winner, Michael Birck of Tellabs, Inc.
