ISAlliance logoArlington, Va. – The Internet Security Alliance (ISAlliance) today announced that Frank Russell Company joined as a Sponsor.  Membership provides Russell with exclusive access to the CERT/CC Restricted Knowledgebase, early threat warnings, and anonymous reporting mechanisms to help in the exchange critical information and reduce their exposure to attack. The ISAlliance draws on the collective experience of its members to promote sound information security practices, policies, and technologies that enhance security of the Internet and global information systems.  ISAlliance members are today's industry leaders, representing cross-sector and international businesses dedicated to improving the security of information systems. The ISAlliance responds to issues of Internet security by developing coordinated long-term solutions that are sensitive to changing security trends.

“The Frank Russell Company is a leader in the global financial marketplace,” said ISAlliance Executive Director Dave McCurdy. “In a volatile and fluctuating stock market, securing information assets is a key component to earning and maintaining consumer confidence. We welcome Russell’s commitment to security and look forward to the insight and expertise they bring to our organization.”

“Internet, data, and network security are increasingly important and challenging issues corporations need to address,” said Jim Wallace, Chief Information Officer of the Frank Russell Company.  “Information sharing, collaboration, and best practices policy development are critical to fighting new threats and vulnerabilities posed in cyber space. We joined the ISAlliance because we believe its non-competitive and collaborative environment makes it the best-suited vehicle for developing solutions to the toughest security problems facing corporations today.”
