Dr. William Hancock, Chief Security Officer for Exodus, a Cable & Wireless Service, is the newly elected chairman of the ISAlliance. Dr. Hancock is an international expert in networks, security, e-commerce, and strategic as well as tactical technology design and implementation. Dr. Hancock is also co-chair of the White House Committee on Business-to-Business Security Standards, chair of the newly created Cybersecurity committee of the National Reliability and Interoperability Council to create best practices in cybersecurity for the Homeland Defense department at the White House, and an advisor to the White House Office of Cybersecurity and Critical Infrastructure Assessment Office (CIAO.)
