The Environmental Issues Council annual fall meeting will feature a series of panels and workshops devoted to domestic and international environmental regulations & policies impacting the ICT/E industry.
For 24 consecutive years, EIA has held its Roundtable at the Homestead, providing representatives from our our corporate member companies the opportunity to hear from high-level staff of the Congress and the Executive Branch on a range of policy issues that directly impact their business. 
The 2005 Innovation and Globalization Summit will bring key figures from the worlds of industry and policy together in one location to build consensus on ways to strengthen and promote the innovation economy that drives all U.S. industries. The Summit will enable attendees to move beyond the headlines and focus on issues essential to energizing the U.S. innovation economy through a series of timely and relevant roundtable discussions. Attendance at this three-day event is by invitation only, ensuring a valuable, intimate experience for all participants.

Each January, EIA hosts its Executive Leadership Forum, bringing together CEOs and senior executives from our corporate members. Participants will have the opportunity to discuss the issues most relevant for the electronics industry and the 


The World Electronics Forum (WEF) is a voluntary gathering of worldwide electronics industries association leaders. The Electronic Industries Alliance holds the position of Secretariat to WEF. Founded in 1995, the forum meets annually to discuss topics of common interest, exchange information on services and data and strengthen relations between associations for the benefits and services of the high technology industry worldwide.

EIA’s Executive Leadership Forum (ELF) is an annual event held to bring technology industry leaders together to discuss issues important to their companies’ continued success. We kicked off the new year by determining policy priorities and key industry issues.
EIA's Spring Conference brought together CEOs and senior management from EIA's 2,300 member companies, which represent the entire scope of the high-tech industry. Attendees participated in sessions with an exciting line-up of speakers from Capitol Hill and the Administration, including Senator John Breaux, Homeland Security Director Tom Ridge, and General Richard B. Myers, Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff. Executives were briefed on the state of the economy, military preparedness and our industry's involvement, important issues facing Congress, and the role the high-tech industry can play in preparing the workforce of tomorrow.
