By Metro Transit System (subway)

EIA is located two blocks west of the Courthouse Metro station.

From National Airport:
Take the Blue Line marked Addison Road and transfer at the Rosslyn station to the Orange Line marked Vienna. Exit at Courthouse (next stop after Rosslyn).
From Dulles International Airport:
Take a Washington Flyer bus to West Falls Church station and take the Orange Line marked New Carrollton, exiting at Courthouse station.
From Baltimore/Washington International Airport (BWI):
Take the AMTRAC or MARC trains to the New Carrollton station. Take Orange Line marked Vienna and exit at Courthouse.
From Union Station:
Take the Red Line marked Shady Grove and transfer at Metro Center station to the Orange Line marked Vienna and exit at Courthouse.
Once you've reached the Courthouse Metro station: Turn to your right after going through the fare turnstiles, take the elevator up to street level. The street facing you is Clarendon Boulevard. Turn left out of the elevator onto Clarendon Blvd. If you look left and up, you can spot EIA's red brick, 5-story building. Walk down Clarendon Blvd and cross at the light at Barton Street and Clarendon Street. EIA is on the right. Take steps down to lobby and check in at the reception desk.

By Automobile

From National Airport:
Take the Jefferson Davis Parkway (Rte. 1) north, exit at Wilson Boulevard and drive west approximately 1.5 miles to EIA headquarters. The building will be on your left at 2500 Wilson Blvd.
From Dulles International Airport:
Take the Dulles toll-free access road which leads into Route I-66 east *. Exit at Spout Run and turn right onto Lee Highway (Rte 29), drive approximately one mile, and turn right at the light on Veitch Street. Drive several blocks on Veitch and turn right at the light on Wilson Boulevard. The EIA building will be on your left at 2500 Wilson Blvd.
From Baltimore/Washington International Airport (BWI):
Take I-195 west to the Baltimore-Washington Parkway (I-295 south) or to I-95 south. Take I-495 west, to I-66 east*. Exit at Spout Run and turn right onto Lee Highway (Rte 29), drive approximately one mile, and turn right at the light on Veitch Street. Drive several blocks on Veitch and turn right at the light on Wilson Boulevard. The EIA building will be on your left at 2500 Wilson Blvd.
From Union Station:
Take I-395 south and exit at Washington Blvd. (route 27), north. Continue on Washington Blvd., approximately 3.5 miles, and turn right (east) on Wilson Blvd. EIA is on the left side, approximately 1.5 miles, at 2500 Wilson Blvd.

*Please Note: During the following times, ALL LANES on Route I-66 inside the Beltway are restricted in the direction noted. However, Dulles Airport Traffic is permitted at anytime regardless of the number of passengers in the vehicle.
