    Description:

    The Electronic Components, Assemblies & Materials Association (ECA) represents manufacturers and producers of passive and active electronic components, component arrays and assemblies, and materials and support services.  It is a Sector Association of the Electronic Industries Alliance (EIA).  ECA is seeking a qualified candidate for the following position.

    Job Title:
    Program Coordinator – Conferences & Expositions

    Basic Function of the Position:
    Manage the administrative and logistical functions for ECA conferences, expositions and meetings.

    Critical Duties and Responsibilities:
    Support development, administration, and registration for conferences, exhibitions and meetings.
    Provide on-site support of conferences and exhibitions.
    Produce and track invoices/receipts of payments for programs/exhibits, etc.
    Prepare all conference materials.
    Maintain industry calendar and coordinate update on website with website managers.
    Produce, mail and record all meeting notices and agendas.
    Other duties as assigned.

    Work Experience:
    At least 5 + years of advanced administrative experience.

    Education/Training:
    Minimum of HS diploma, or equivalent.

    Skills/Capabilities/Technical:
    Proficient with Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and Access.
    Excellent communication and organizational skills.
    Ability to meet/delegate/manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a timely and accurate manner.
    Excellent customer service skills.

    Excellent references are also required.
